The Selah Event Venue is a beautiful, new wedding venue located in the rolling hills of North Texas. This stunning all-white, wedding venue is a great place for couples seeking a unique setting for their special day!
Aw!! Just check out those gorgeous chandeliers!
This entire venue was designed by interior designer, Danielle Durbin of SevenHaus Custom Homes, and it is IMMACULATE.
Side note: This might be a weird, personal tick, but I tend to base my opinion of a building primarily on whether they carry the design of their building into the bathrooms (tell me I'm not the only one disappointed by a bland bathroom) and well, Danielle did NOT disappoint.

After these photos were taken Danielle added some gorgeous artificial flowers to the chandeliers and around the mirrors in the changing room and they are to DIE FOR!
And the groom's suite is just as well decorated. You can check out the guy's space in the following pictures:
As you can see, the groom's room comes complete with a mini fridge, shower and shuffleboard. The back door of the groom's suite leads to a deck with a full-sized grill. From there it's just a few steps to the right to access the mini putt putt course that the venue has for your guests to enjoy.

While petite, the Selah Event Venue is large enough to host roughly 100 of your closest friends and family. And, as you can see just by looking inside the Selah Event Venue it is not lacking for style!
Now, I know you're excited to see what the venue looks like when it's decorated for an actual wedding, and lucky for you (and me) I had the opportunity to photograph a wedding at the Selah Event Venue last April!

It was such an beautiful day! And the florals that Prosper Petals Bouquet Boutique put together for the tables and Lacie's bouquet really elevated the whole venue!
After capturing their wedding details, I had the joy of photographing the bride, Lacie, during a special moment with her bridesmaids, her children, and the blindfolded groom (who was waiting until the ceremony for his first glimpse of the bride).
Below are some fun getting ready shots of the groom as well... The tearful moment between him and his mom gets me every time!
Then came the best part! The wedding ceremony...
It was perfect!
Fun fact: Casey, the groom, made the wooden cross that resides above the mantle of the outdoor fireplace!
After the ceremony we captured the wedding couple's family photos in front of the Sevah Event Venue's outdoor fireplace then we photographed the couple's fun wedding party photos!
After dinner the wedding couple and I took the Selah Event Venue's 4-wheeler out to the woods behind the property for some gorgeous sunset photos amongst the trees and flowers by the pond. It went a little something like this...
Ah! It was such a gorgeous night; Lacie and Casey rocked their portraits!

As you can see this wedding at the Selah Event Venue in Pilot Point, TX, was one for the books. From the stunning views to all the thoughtful details, everything came together perfectly.
Whether it was the accumulation of all the emotional moments throughout the day or the fun on the dance floor, there was just this feeling of pure joy in the air as Lacie and Casey left for their honeymoon.
